WordPressで、独自インストールしていたテンプレートのバージョンをあげたところ、下記のエラーになった。

PHPにOpenSSLのモジュールが入っていなかったのが原因。なので、インストールして、解消した。
pkg search php73 | grep openssl pkg install php73-openssl-7.3.27 apachectl restart
